Hello, my name is Chrystalla Tsiamparta and I am a Cypriot painter.
My story begins many years ago when my mother - a glass artisan - introduced me to the world of art. I then developed a deep appreciation for it, which gradually turned into love, leading me to pursue higher studies in Fine and Applied Arts.
AND THEN..
I completed an Integrated Master's degree in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Western Macedonia in Greece, with a specialization in Painting. My artwork is rich in symbolism, evoking a wide range of emotions. I try to surround myself with as many photos as I can, and every now and then, a random one may spark an idea in my mind, leading to the final illustration.
After moving to Amsterdam in 2021, I felt like I wanted to explore more and try other forms of art. I was lucky enough to do so when a great friend of mine trusted me with creating her Belly Cast. MY FIRST BELLY CAST, if I may.
After referring me to her friend, I realized that a path is opening up in front of me that I would love to follow.
Using a belly cast to capture the moment of pregnancy is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I treasure your trust and am pleased to have the opportunity to produce this artwork for you.

ASPIRATIONS
I want my art to reach people on a deep level and inspire them to think more deeply. My greatest desire would be to use my art to generate new questions.
